I love me a lemon cake/muffin. It’s my favourite type of cake, add blueberries and you’ve smashed it out of the park! This muffin is wonderfully moist and the soft blueberry and tangy lemon compliment each other perfectly more

It’s hard to make this look nice as I had it to takeaway. But the flavours are awesome! So sweet and sugary with a hint of chai 😋
Perfect with a tea or coffee as an afternoon pick me up. 😋
