If you wanna go back to your childhood here is the best way to do that, chocolate milk! Not sweet at all, hard not to finish it in less than 24h

While it's not as creamy as a dairy cream cheese, I find its taste extremely good and kind of neutral. In addition, the price is great compared to most vegan cream cheese options.
