Sticky tofu "ribs" with guacamole and spinach.
All I done was freeze the tofu, thawed it and then marinated it for 24 hours in a homemade sauce and spices. It was absolutely amazing!

I made a quick sauce using mushroom soya sauce, teriyaki sauce, worcestershire sauce, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and liquid smoke.

Pesto Foccacia bread.
2 and a half cups of lukewarm water.
5 cups of flour.
1 pkt of yeast.
5 teaspoons of salt but I rather done 5 healthy pinches of salt.
Mix the yeast in the lukewarm water and wait for it to activate more
I think this dish was absolutely incredible! The only reason it's not a 5, is due to the cheese sauce that's a bit jelly like...

The reason my cottage looks the way it does, is due to the fact that I meal prepped. So I stored it in the fridge and only took a picture, a day later 🤣

I love having it in pastas, cheese sauce as well as over burgers...
