Love this! Have bought several times. Use it in many dishes and you can shred it in a food processor for things like enchiladas or tacos or even sandwiches. Good source of protein too!

Sadly, we did not like this cheesecake. It tasted like oatmeal with chocolate milk in it. it was also very spongy and grainy. It was a good size for the money though, bigger than some other brands. I probably won't buy this more
