Let's hear it for the humble leek! I love a soup made with sweet potato, leeks, kale, lentils and a dash of tomato puree. Looks like swamp slime but it's yummy and super nutritious. 🥣

I do, especially after recording this episode about the HeroRats of APOPO. These guys sniff out landmines and detect tuberculosis. In doing so, they save lives every single day... and look super cute doing more
I wanted to like this because of the little cartoon images of the producers, but I didn't. Much too sweet and with a synthetic flavour that really put me off. I ate 2/3 of one bar and that was it, couldn't finish it. If more

Vivani have non-vegan bars too and I must have always picked these up to check before because it took me a while to realise they have a whole vegan range too. This whole hazelnuts bar is delicious and reasonably priced. more

Got this #fragrance diffuser as a gift. Beautiful packaging and gorgeous porcelain jar for the reeds. The fragrance is Malabar lemon and ginger and smells fresh and zingy, but not too overpowering with no trace of a chemical more
