I'm a writer, a baker, an animal lover, and a vegan, and combining all these things is what I'm passionate about! Not to mention Thai and Mexican food.
So nice to find this vegan place after walking along streets of doner kebab! The set menu offers a nice variety for under $10, but there could have been a little more spice and flavor. The falafel was crunchy but otherwise more
I usually order this gem off Amazon, but it's also available sometimes in CVS. After a decade of trying dozens of products for curly hair, this is probably my most reliable and versatile go to leave in cream to define curls. more
The most expensive item in the vegan section at $16, but true to its name and super nutritious! The parties are made from quinoa and kale and actually held together pretty well. My fav was the tahini drizzle.
It was happy hour and this enormous serving of nachos was just $5? Definitely enough for a meal, or to share (I didn't hehe)
One bite of this donut and I was blown away. It's moist but firm, sweet but balanced, glazed but not sticky. So pretty with the rose petals, and the Earl grey flavor was powerful but not overpowering. Just a really exquisite more
Luscious cream cheese frosting and cute little button to signify vegan! We called ahead and they had just 2 vegan cupcakes left that day, so I had to claim this one. Very creative designs but red velvet is their only plant-based cupcake
Well I've known about Salt & Straw and their commitment to a 20% vegan menu since January so I had to patronise! This flavor was the creamiest of their vegan options, but alas, the dandelion did not come through and it was more
Yummyyyy pancakes! Not mind blowing but hearty (nice combo of buckwheat and flaxseed) and the berries on top were jumbo-sized
These were simply scrumptious. Spot on with the flavors for a savory, slightly spicy breakfast 😋
The portion size was decent and the mangos were okay, but it was an off for me as nothing tasted very fresh - which is absolutely essential in an acai bowl
