Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino. There was one vegan dish: this.
It was delicious but if you don’t want to eat pasta, there aren’t any other choices in the manu.
I went to a birthday party and the menu was meat-based, but they had no problem in cooking something for me and explained me that there weren’t any kind of diary-egg ingredients. Simply but very good dish
I made this pizzoccheri with soy cream, mixed mushrooms and truffle cream. It was good, but I don’t like really much the taste of buckwheat.

So good. Spelt dough, mushrooms cream, mixed mushrooms, grilled aubergines and courgettes, and artichokes. Delicious and satiating.
At old wild west there aren’t 100% vegan dishes but I created one by myself. I changed chicken with their vegan burger and I ate a tasty bowl. Lots of venus rice, too much, red cabbage, edamame, tomatoes and avocado, all more

Too much strong for me. Spices weren’t specified but I think that there was a lot of cumin.
I made this pasta made of lentils with peppers and rosemary
I made this pasta with mushrooms sauce and courgettes. I didn’t put salt in the water bc the sauce is salty enough, maybe too much but it’s delicious
