Review of ginger parkin - botham's of whitby by unejanie

this was delicious!!! my #sweettooth wants more!

I was in this adorable little shop in Letcombe Regis, and wanted to #supportsmallbusiness so i browsed until i found a few things (with a healthy markup)

I went over the ingredient list of this #gingerparkin a few times to make sure I hadn't missed anything non-vegan.

when I got home, I researched what a parkin was and was extra surprised about this one because every recipe I saw included milk and eggs.

I was also surprised that no one else had reviewed either this company or their café in Whitby. Sounds like an interesting place and still a #familyowned #smallbusiness after so many years.
