Review of Special Thali at Hotel Mamallaa Heritage by stevenneoh

I had been looking forward to this ☺️ Finally a #southindian #thali without too many modifications that needed to be made in order to be vegan-friendly 😬 We managed to eliminate the buttermilk, the curd, and the sweets that they offer as a dessert, but we missed the ghee in the biryani rice. When I pointed that out, they took the little dish away and came back to pile a load of #whiterice on my plate instead (2nd picture) 😅 Overall a tasty meal with loads of variation in the little #curry dishes. I especially liked the #rasam and the #deepfried #gourd (so predictable haha 😂), and also that they gave such a huge piece of #pappadam 😋 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease
