Review of Charred Cauliflower Salad at Infood Coffee Roastery by eat-plants

A big helping of roasted cauliflower florets and a variety of young spinach leaves, all served on a thick base layer of humus and drizzled with a tahini-mayo-ish dressing.
I'd have liked more of the chilli crisps sprinkled over it. These little bits were really nice and gave a lovely flavour pop here and there. I'll request a double topping of that next time.

Well balanced flavours, super-filling (I have a big appetite), and not a dish I've seen elsewhere. I like restaurants that design their own thing for their vegan options.

Would definitely get that again.

The restaurant is attached to a deli, bakery and coffee roastery (perhaps I should just move in 😉). What's not to like about that?
Great staff, quiet, gentle vibe in a courtyard seating area. It feels uncluttered, warm and muted. I like being there.
