In general, this is a good product. And the taste is pretty good. Along with the texture. Though it is not the easiest to work with as it has to be quite thick to retain heat. It also absorbs liquids too easily. Hence the best way to enjoy this, is in dumplings or encased in something else. Drawback is that it isn’t gluten free.
It’s a local brand and it’s good to see more plant based options that are homegrown. 😊
