Tindle Plant Based Chicken

I was so happy I got to try these at the #vws2022! I really liked them. They had great flavor even a little kick without being spicy. We went to the Vegan Exchange LA a few days after and Compton Vegan was using Tindle as their chicken bases! This is definitely a brand to watch!

So impressed with how surprisingly delicious this was with NO SAUCE!!! We hope this product goes National VERY soon!

In general, this is a good product. And the taste is pretty good. Along with the texture. Though it is not the easiest to work with as it has to be quite thick to retain heat. It also absorbs liquids too easily. Hence the best way to enjoy this, is in dumplings or encased in something else. Drawback is that it isn’t gluten free.
It’s a local brand and it’s good to see more plant based options that are homegrown. 😊
