“Beef” Style Croquettes with 0% meat
Ingredients: water, breadcrumbs, mushrooms, sunflower oil, textured protein [wheat protein, soya protein, starch, phosphates, colour (caramel)], vegan chorizo (seitan), eggplant, tomato pulp, textured wheat, onion, vegan black pudding, carrot, Worcestershire sauce, flour prepared, salt, garlic, parsley, spices. Product fried in sunflower oil.
The ingredients’ list is pretty long as you can see in the 3rd pic (I abbreviated most of it).
Nutritionally, it’s totally not the best you can have, but it is a delicious meat substitute that tastes a lot like beef croquettes 👌🏼 My little brother loves these! We cook them in the oven at 220° for 10-12 min. And they’re a source of protein (9.2g per 100g).
This package contains 10 units and it was quite affordable at Pingo Doce.
