#lionsmanemushroom ! my favorite food ! If you haven't had the chance to try for yourself yet, I really can't recommend it enough. All you need to do is sauté it - it's super flavorful on its own! Does anyone do anything more

Daiya really glowed up and has the most consistently reliable meltable cheese slices imo! Here's a slice of their swiss in action from last night - I had to practically unhinge my jaw to eat this one! The cheddar slices more

worldstar I am a vegan in a family full of carnivores but they actually can get down with it when I throw it down like this! That orange-colored hunk on the board is a lemon+sundried tomato+cashew cheeze and they go crazy over that. Over the years I've found that lions mane mushrooms are the real favorites for them though because it's so ridiculously meat like! I'll have to find a way to incorporate that into the board ;)3 likesReply
