This is by far the best concha I’ve ever tried. Great size, good consistency. The filling is totally spongy and a pleasure to taste. The cover is with a mixing with Chai. Really good 🤤

Last year I tried it and it was superb. They changed the filling with lentils and chickpeas burgers and they were okay. It has a 3 chiles pesto and avocado, lettuce and a little bit of eggplant dip. I felt it needed more flavor this time
