This is a soy based mayo. Not extremely impressed by the product. However it does the job.

Would not recommend this one. Very disappointed with the taste and quality of this product.

This is basically soy which is pre-marinated. All you've to do is fry it and eat it in any form you like. I made a chicken mayo cheese sandwich. It turned out pretty well.
PS- I never crave for chicken. I bought this out of curiosity.
