How pretty is this Day of the Dead macaron by Veg Oot! So intricate, almost didn’t want to eat it!
Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, just as a macaron should be!
A slight bit of feedback would be that there more
TAO-HU SAUCE MAKAM aka Tofu Tamarind with fried shallots, cashew nuts, dried chillies and vegetables, in a palm sugar and tamarind sauce.
This dish was served with sticky rice, and was so delicious. It was really filling more
A lovely, fresh, dish, with tangy sweet chilli sauce and fresh crudités around the side.
It felt nice and light as a starter before a more indulgent main course.
The presentation was marvellous too.

Wow, wow, wow!! The best cake I’ve had for a long time.
I adore rose flavour, and love Turkish Delight, so this cake ticks all the boxes for me. Probably could have eaten the whole thing!

A lot of eating in this short-rib burger, but there was something I personally didn’t enjoy in the accompanying sauce/slaw. Can’t identify what it was but a flavour I wasn’t keen on.

Bland, slippery, and not much filling in there.
