Probably the dish I enjoyed the most during my visit. Vegetables dumplings pan seared. Loved the dough and the vegetable filling too. They also had a great texture.

Glutinous rice balls with sesame, although I love anything sesame, I didn’t go crazy for these, I felt like they were lacking flavor. Price was 3,50€ for this portion (3 balls).

Really good Parmesan alternative. This version is the “smoked” Gondino, which has a slightly more intense taste. The consistency is very similar to Parmesan. Main ingredients are potatoes starch and black chickpeas. Bought more

Amazing vegan tortelli that I found at Coccole di Gusto (great vegan store in Milan). The filling is made with potatoes, spinach and chickpeas and it’s delicious. Also the dough was very good. They’re ready in just 2 minutes. more
