I know I know, frozen dinners aren't as healthy as eating fresh food, but what can I say? I love gravy and I love mashed potatoes. It's one of Amy's vegan ready-made meals and it tastes SO damn guud! 😋

I don't usually do animal posts, but today I visited the "Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary" in Brisbane, Australia. They have over 100 koalas there and they are an endangered species, so taking care of koalas in a sanctuary like more

I'm enjoying another Australian holiday this week! It was wet and cold in Sydney but it's sunny and nice up in Brisbane! 😁🙌

The bibimbap here at Vegeme usually contains egg but you can have them make it vegan by withholding more

The healthiest foods you can eat is still the foods you make at home in your own kitchen. Because you can control the amount of salt, oil and sugars that get added to your food. You can even increase the nutrient density.
