Air-frying didn't work out well, because it 'leaked' liquid. Floppy and chewy texture is completely unlike real canned luncheon meat. Taste is also not quite there, but it is nice and salty in its own way. Allium-free.
Can be cooked in Chinese stir-fries like lean meat. The rounded rectangle shape makes it quite obvious that it is a plant-based substitute though. Allium-free.
I wasn't able to cook this well, it somehow stayed pink after I spent a long time pan-frying it. However I think it's because of my poor cooking skill, since I've eaten dishes outside that tasted good made with Omni Mince. Allium-free.
