Absolutely gorgeous Thai curry from Camiles in Epsom. Really good level of spice, generous amounts of vegan ch'cken or tofu. I had with noodles. Delicious!

Pretty tasty mushroom and pea protein burgers. The mushroomy taste definitely gave the steak feel. Would have actually been nice with a sauce and chips.

A quick and easy addition to a salad. Can be fried, air fried or oven baked. Could be even more flavoursome but not bad. A very nice chewy texture.
