If you are looking for salmon taste this will not work sadly. It does have a fishy taste but not that of a salmon.
It's nicer eaten in a wrap together with other ingredients (like veg spread cheese, avocado..)

I only recently discovered this brand and I am so impressed how cute the products are. This highlighter is vegan and cruelty free, and has a fully recyclabe packaging (the heart is in cardboard with a separate plastic insert).

Tasty although not too different from other veg tempura I had in other restaurants. I was expecting something more special given the flavour and originality of other dishes on the menu.
