Two of my favorite foods — tofu & sweet potato — wrapped into one. What more can I ask for! This dish was super satisfying and I enjoyed every bite of it. The consistency of the curry was perfect.

Wow! This was a lot spicier than I expected, but it was very refreshing overall for a hot summer day. I loved the pickled vegetables, which made the cold glass noodles really work.
