I love Eureka Compass’s sausage. It’s the best around! And the variety of different veggies in this is amazing. Lots of veggies that I never think to use, like jicama, collard stack, pea shoots and sunflower micro greens.
These are delicious and super easy to make. I just microwave them. Great flavor and I like the texture. Similar to a falafel but made with more veggies, lentils and chia seeds.
I was very happy to find these! They are very similar to ones that I had at a Greek restaurant awhile back. They are really good. The sauce is creamy.
Not my favorite of the Daiya pizzas, but still ok. You need to be really careful to not burn the crust. I was waiting for the cheese to get more melty but then the crust got too dark. I like the vegan sausage though.
These are so delicious!!! Love the caramel, the cashew ice cream is so creamy and I love the chocolate on the outside. So happy that there are vegan ice cream bars!
These are just like Triscuit crackers but I think they taste a little better. They use safflower instead of canola oil. Added bonus is that the box is made from 100% recycled paperboard.
Really yummy! I added it to some vegan cheese and crackers and it was amazing. The rhubarb isn’t too tart and the lavender makes it perfect.
Made with sunflower seeds. Very creamy and tastes and smells just like goat cheese. I paired it with crackers and some sweet preserves for a really great snack.
This is my go-to meal when stopping in St. Peter. It’s loaded with lots of veggies and I love the addition of shredded carrot and sunflower seeds. Adds texture and protein.
The cookie part was amazing. Soft and chewy. The filling was too sweet for my taste, as it was just frosting.
