Texture is good but no taste, I had to marinate it for an hour in a mix of sauces to give it a taste. The ingredients are full of strange things so it is not whole food at all.
It has good texture and great nutritious value. But it is a bit dry if you like juicy burgers.
I tried it to make wrap sandwiches but the strong coconut taste didn’t match the fillings of the sandwich. It might be better fit for sweets, like crepe. Add filling and toppings that are sweet like fruits and chocolate.
A great snack for lentil lovers, and even if you are not a fan of lentils you will like it as a healthy popcorn-like anack.
