Il tofu di questo piatto è assolutamente perfetto, consistenza soda e morbida al punto giusto. Il sapore fungoso e di soia è sublime!
Piatto gustoso, servito anche direttamente sulla piastra. Se venisse aggiunta anche una fonte proteica come è di solito per i piatti onnivori ( es. Gamberi, prosciutto..), come potrebbe essere del tofu, sarebbe perfetto.
