A nice dense little donut very tasty . Sweetened with monkfruit. . They are a gluten free, grain free yummy treat . Will buy again more

These doughnuts 🍩 are so good . They are high in protein low sugar goodness . I enjoyed the cake like texture 3 doughnuts 190 calories
They pack 10 grams if protein and 4 grams if fiber I will definitely buy these again.

Wow and yummy soup on a cold day . So warm and comforting I love how they left big carrot pieces and the spices were spot on would definitely have again it was served with 2 slices if yummy garlic bread for $12 ..
