Nothing more than a vegan butter. I don't use it often but it's great to have it and it lasts a long time in the fridge. Approved!

Who does not want a farro that cooks as fast as a pasta? I love this because it allows me to put some variety into my carbo intake without requiring very long cooking times.
Good chickpea flour that I use for "farinata" and other baking meals. It's not a lot if you use it regularly but sometimes you can find a box with four of them on Amazon.
Very good dark rye flour, it adds lots of fibers to any baking product you are making. I usually add it to the regular flour for its nutritional value.
I'm picky about a good kind of tomato in a can. I don't like them when they taste too acidic and this does not. It's a very good alternative to more expensive brands who carry San Marzano types of tomatoes.
It reminds me of Oreos but it has a different aftertaste. I appreciate that all the ingredients are organic and that it states on the package that 100% of profit goes to charity!
Overall a good alternative to Oreos.
Hand made, with just the right amount of salt. Perfect little alternative to bread. It's not a huge amount though.
