This wrap tasted much better than it looked.
There’s something unappetising about a chilled, damp feeling wrap, wrapped in cellophane, but this was the only vegan option and I usually enjoy falafel so I took a chance. It was tasty and nourishing, packed with ingredients. #[falafel](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ccc8) and nice raw layers of #[greens](hashtag-5b761213f949e228c5d10923) #spinach I think. 
The roll call of ingredients is a bit alarming, what with emulsifiers, raising agents and all sorts of stuff I imagine are needed to keep this #[wrap](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cf07) fresh for as long as possible. I noticed palm oil is also used.
There are also healthy additions like #[sesameseeds](hashtag-5e4aa00be913c94a1603f0f4) #[driedfruits](hashtag-5bfb631b33a3a9efa9ef38f0) and #paprikaoil 
The cafe is a busy hub for people enjoying the beautiful gardens of Regent’s Park with indoor and outdoor seating surrounded by lush plants. It’s right next to the rose gardens which at this time of year have a stunning array of colourful, scented flowers.
