Oops I mixed up lettuce and tomato in the title, the perfectionist in me is going to really hate that 😹

I've done that before and it erks me 🤦🏻‍♀️😆

And not being able to edit those things doesn’t help 😄

Tempeh Tomato Lettuce Avocado Sandwich

Well now I know tempeh actually can taste good! I loved this! The smokey tempeh flavor and the garlicky mayonnaise were delicious. Perfect replacement for a BLT. 🙂 It is still a pre-made refrigerated sandwich, but despite that it was still good quality. I wouldn’t normally pay $8 for something like this, but I was very hungry and it has a ton of sodium (which my doctor says I need now, so)
