I really want to like this… but I just couldn’t 😅 the flavor and texture are just kinda off for me - I’m gonna call it the uncanny valley of fake meat. You really wish it to taste a certain way but then it just not quite there that you get really disappointed. Never fun when that happens… 🥲

It’s ramen time!! First time trying this plant-based meat and I was amazed at how meat-like it was. Not for those who don’t like the taste or texture of meat, as it was scarily close. I cooked this up with hoisin sauce and dark soy sauce to make it sweet and sticky and it went wonderfully on my now classic ramen. My partner and his parents loved it!!
