Soft tofu

tofu will always be the best. i love soft tofu especially in soups and how it just melts in your mouth basically. this is the brand that’s generally available everywhere so i don’t have much to compare it to. #veganuary

I have found tofu is very versatile. I have made mapo tofu, side dishes, soups, egg replacer. It's a great protein source.

This works fine for dishes you use soft tofu . I definitely like xtra firm tofu in most dishes but good for sauces and blending up.🌱
