I loved this puttanesca! It isn’t quiet my moms recipe but it comes pretty close. I added some extra capers and olives I had in my fridge but it’s not needed. This is a great vegan option to jared red sauce.
This Better Than Bouillon is to die for! It’s packed with delicious flavors and the perfect addition to my vegan risotto base. My secret is I add 1 tbsp in addition to the veggie stock to add extra flavor and everyone loves it!
I also didn’t love the taste of these pesto noodles. They were a little soggy and slimy for me but the pesto was delicious. It is a great concept, I just wasn’t a huge fan.
