This was by far the best vegan karaage or "fried chiken" I've ever had! Wonderfully juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside! Masaka became my go to place to meet with friends because not only is out-of-this world delicious but it's very affordable as well! Your not vegan friends will definitely enjoy it too. The atmosphere is exactly like a run-of-the-mill izakaya so you can experience the lively ambience! One thing worth mentioning, the restaurant has limited seating since it's quite small. On a busy night, it might be difficult to get a seat! I wanted to visit this place for such a long time and had a chance to celebrate my B-day dinner there and it was amazing!❤️ Everything was extremely fresh, super delicious and well-balanced! From the micro-greens and different types of vegetable salad, to the creammy soup and the dessert topings for the pancakes, one banger after another! 🔥The meal was completed with some biscuits and japanese tea! 🤤The atmosphere was very cosy, there weren't many tables inside to my surprise! Apparently they mostly work by reservation so be sure to make on before you give them a visit! There is a take-out section with dessert on the ground floor though! And always a bonus, the staff was very friendly and accomodating!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
