I love this so stinking much. Everything it graces gets a flavor kick to the next level. Umami is an understatement here. And it has just ONE ingredient, shiitake mushroom. :)

I was pleasantly surprised by the mild taste. They don’t get mushy like most rice noodles either. Definitely recommend.

This might just be the best instant ramen I have ever eaten, and I eat a lot. :)

I absolutely love these noodle. They are a nice thickness and stay chewy in soupy broths. The perfect canvas to for a quick meal or experiment with different flavors.

Accidentally vegan. They are not bad at all. I haven’t bought the brand name version (also accidentally vegan) since I found these. :)

These are not my favorite but they work in a pinch. They lack structure and I feel are a little overpriced for the amount in the box.

With oven roasted tofu, potatoes and carrots it is absolutely divine. This product makes curry night easy and delicious. Served along side rice and you get an easy dinner. I like it best inside buns and then deep fried.

My favorite go to for a quick and easy side dish. Super cheesy. Love!

I don’t miss pizza at all with this one around. Cook up quick and tastes great.

On the grill, from the microwave or in a pan on the stove these are perfect. My family loves them.
