I received these #[goli](hashtag-61971e1e21e8566e5de71378) Vitamins in a monthly #[kinderbeautybox](hashtag-60e350e5fd4291a09f2813f7) subscription box. These vitamins are gummies with the main goal as a #[b12](hashtag-5df4979f3344b6b8c94fc52e) (cyanocobalamin) and #[folate](hashtag-63dae396548a8e08594734f6) (folic acid) supplement.

The Good: I love #[gummy](hashtag-6009176094584d488fb86169) candy and the fact that it can be a vitamin is very exciting for me. These are fully vegan and do not contain any gelatin. While they are #[applecidervinegar](hashtag-5e52afa8e913c94a168d908e) aka #[acv](hashtag-5fca6ca76832995988b89376) vitamins, they taste very sweet and not like vinegar. They do SMELL like vinegar. Opening the bottle was very strong. If you are sensitive to smells, you may not enjoy these, but the taste is sweet and yummy. The vitamins are fairly large. Being a little less than an inch in size and are a light, translucent orange color. The bottle itself is bright red! It definitely catches my eye in my cabinet. This sized. Title contained 60 gummies and the recommended dosage is 1-3 gummies up to 3 times a day (6 gummies/day today). 

As a vegan I like taking my #[b12](hashtag-5df4979f3344b6b8c94fc52e), but I try not to stress about it and these gummies are fun and helpful for that. Goli says you do NOT have to take these with food. 

The company itself seems focused on fair trade and reducing their footprint by working with local communities and planting #trees to combat #[deforestation](hashtag-6114e7aa7af5083c763b1b79). The vitamins are also #[nongmo](hashtag-5c41085b33a3a9efa9da2f01)  and #[glutenfree](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cefd). The bottle says the product is made in an #[allergenfree](hashtag-618eef2121e8566e5d9425ce) facility. Also #[palmoilfree](hashtag-5d0b36633344b6b8c9449d34) .

The Packaging:
Goli vitamins are in a red plastic bottle and the top is a safety cap that requires the user to hold down and twist. There is no instructions on the bottle as far as storage concerns. 

The Bad: 
If you are sensitive to smells like vinegar or have mobility issues in opening this packaging, I may not recommend. Because they are gummies, you might be able to store them in an easier to open container. I don’t see any Iron Warning on the packaging so check the Goli website for more info. 

As everyone is different I can’t provide info on the efficacy of the product.

The Good: I love #gummy candy and the fact that it can be a vitamin is very exciting for me. These are fully vegan and do not contain any gelatin. They are passable like the dairy ice cream sandwiches in appearance thing for the most part. I like that they are smaller bars than the typical sandwiches which also allow me to cut back on the serving size. It’s probably about half the size of a traditional sandwich. And from the packaging it seems like they don’t add in more sugar than they need to. These are touted as 100 calories. I don’t calorie count, but it’s a fairly filling snack. 

The taste is good IF you like #[coconut](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ce01) and are a #[coconutlover](hashtag-60032a2fe97d17ddf3c52312). The flavor I had is the Vanilla Bean and it tastes heavily of coconut. Most of their products to me no matter what the flavor is, the underlying flavor is still coconut. Again, that probably won’t bother people who like coconut and coconut milk, but if you want a pure #[vanilla](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60ceb2) taste, this does not provide that. The #[chocolate](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cd0e) sandwich part does have a tendency to stick to fingers. It will break apart on your hands so I tend to eat mine quickly. 

The Presentation/Packaging: 
8 bars come in the box and these can be found in the freezer section. Usually in the novelty ice cream section with popsicles, frozen pies, etc. The packaging is also clearly labeled vegan and #[pareve](hashtag-6053c84b027594aa213ec41e). There is also cute messaging on the box which isn’t necessary, but it’s a nice touch. The box is cardboard and rectangular. It can fit in most freezers and is recyclable, but the wrapping is plastic and NOT recyclable. They retail for about $6 USD.

The Bad:
It is an ice cream bar so I don’t expect the ingredients to be the most nutritious thing, BUT this company uses #palmoil so that’s something to consider if purchasing if you want to avoid. Also while the box is recyclable, the plastic wrapping is not. I’m not sure how they may navigate this in the future, but it would be nice to use a compostable wrapping if possible. And again, if you don’t like coconut, you should skip this product. 

Overall: 
I like these #[dairyfree](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cd8f) sandwich bars. They are a good once in awhile #snack. They don’t feel like the traditional ice cream bars and definitely not as melty. They are not terribly expensive, but being split into half-sized bars, you don’t really get a lot.

The ice cream sandwiches are made with creamy coconut milk and are individually wrapped for easy snacking. They are reasonably priced at $7.59 CAD. Customers have given positive reviews about the taste of these sandwiches. You can try them to experience their deliciousness.

BAE is a light pink champagne color with metallic finish. It can be used with a strong magnet to manipulate metallic in the polish to create one of a kind nail looks. In the photos, I am wearing one a base coat, one coat of BAE, and a glossy clear top coat. The color is very pigmented and one coat is enough to coat the nails. However, the packaging recommends 2-3 coats. Most polish retails for $8 to $17 usd on their site, with Big Aura Energy around $14.50 usd as of date of posting. 

Pros: The color is beautiful and so pigmented. I did not feel the need to use more than one coat and it dried fairly quickly. Using a magnet, I was able to able to change the polish which was so fun! I think this could work well with other colors underneath or on top. Worn by itself, it is a very soft and elegant shade. The polish glides on the nails smoothly with no clumps. It took a few minutes to fully dry. The bottle is glass and standard size (.37fl oz/11mL) for polishes of this price point. The brush is a circular brush and thin, so it’s easy to get edges of nails. My nails chip easily, and this seems to have lasted well for a day.

Cons: I used the metal wand to manipulate the polish and while it seemed effective, once dry I didn’t notice much difference. This was my first time using the polish so it could be user error. I prefer flat brushes for painting my nails. Flat brushes push and pull the polish better and are typically better quality. I have read other reviews that say these brushes don’t last well, so that concerns me about their longevity. 

Other notes: The company does not test on animals, is fully vegan, cruelty-free, and 10-Free and have a wide range of shades and finishes! Due to how clean the ingredients are for nail polish, it is still such a high quality but did not irritate my sensitive skin. 

Cirque Colors shipped the polish in a cardboard box with minimal brown paper wrapped around more than box of polish. This helped to minimize movement and cut back on the paper packaging. The cardboard box was appropriately sized for my shipment. 

The company is minority- and woman-owned and the staff is diverse in representation as are the models and product photos. The social media accounts frequently show diverse models and representation. I felt confident in purchasing and seeing how the color would look on me.

I haven't tried BAE yet, but I do love the magnetic polishes I have from Cirque. It took me some practice to get a really dramatic effect. I found that the last coat should be thicker than you'd usually paint, then use the wand for a minimum of 60 seconds before moving on to paint the next nail. My pictures of Dream Within a Dream and Fizzy Lifting Drink show some of my most successful attempts.

It’s my first one from them! I bought some of the thermal colors to try as well as some of the jellies! But I’m loving it so far! 

That makes sense! I should have gone slower. I’m very messy and quick with polish, but I love doing it anyway. I’ll try to be more patient and wait a minute or so. Have you used their base and top coats? I was thinking of getting those, but as I chip my nails so often I’m wondering if they are durable. 

I haven't used their top or bottom coats yet. ORLY's bonder base coat has been pretty good for me. Then I just use a fast drying top coat like the one from Essie.

BAE (Big Aura Energy)

Overall: The food at Poor Calvin’s is pretty good! Not mind blowing, but good. The presentation is beautiful and the atmosphere of the restaurant is so fun! I was able to get the veggie stir fry and added tofu to bulk it up. The dish, well the who place is a lot of money. This was around $30-40 and ultimately I paid for the experience and NOT the food. It’s good to have a fancy place in Atl that has more than a few vegan dishes. The server was very nice and knew the menu by heart including what could be made vegan that. The menu was clearly marked as well. The taste was just good. It wasn’t the best thing I ever had, not even close, but it was a fun night.

The dish itself: I got the veggie stir fry and added their tofu to the dish. We also got a friend green tomato appetizer (vegan version). My stir fry came with brown rice on the side, peppers, broccoli, onion, greens. It looked beautiful as far as presentation. It was around $30-40 with tofu added. 

Atmosphere: this gets a 10/10 if possible. It’s a cozy, sensual space with lots of low lighting and has a romantic atmosphere. Everything was done in a highly professional way. It had some parking lot and street parking. Reservations are strongly encouraged too!

This place is one of the best hidden gems! It’s literally located in a random gas station but all the food I have gas from here is chef’kiss delicious! It’s a family owned, Black owned vegan place and the food reigns supreme. Highly recommend the burritos! They are huge and a good balance of protein too the wait for the food can be long but it’s worth it. Oh, and the beyond sausage biscuit n gravy, yardies, Mac n cheese, and everything else is worth trying.

The taste of this pizza is phenomenal. It’s a little pricy at $10 USD, but about the same taste you would get eating out if not better! It looks delicious as well, like a very fancy pizza. I would recommend if you are looking for a good pizza that would work for vegans and not yet vegans.
