The ban mian sauce was very savoury, it tastes like minced meat sauce. Noodles was good and chewy as well.
Loved the soup! Broth is light but flavourful with spinach, tofu and tau kee. I must say I enjoy vegetarian/ vegan more
So happy to find a Singapore-manufactured black sesame paste ( aka black tahini).
Itâs on offer at NTUC $6.30 for a jar while the Japanese or overseas counterparts costs above $9-$10.

This is not too pungent and itâs very acceptable for me. Iâm not too sure whether itâs authentic though because I donât have much experience eating natto. The ones that I had tried in Japan could have been seasoned with more
Soft and fragrant, the walnut bits add a good bite. I can't bear to ruin the fragrance with any spreads. Does anyone eat it plain like me?
