Tastes wonderful with sugar. Has a bit of idk earthy sour aftertaste but thats only if you eat it without anything. Used it as a side for a lot of dishes. Loved it. Would totally recommend.

Wonderful fermented Cashew cheese. Gets more tangier the more time you leave it out. Loved the crust, the toppings. Had a pizza after a year or so. Would recommend. Totally vegan restaurant with other wonderful stuff too.
