This was a side dish; made from pine nuts if I recall correctly. It had a nice crisp casing, and gooey insides… though still not capturing that desirable squeak and firmer sqishy vibe that the animal-based equivalent tends more
This was special! The sunflower noodles are the crispy bits on top (I think!) and they were unique and tasty (we’d never encountered them before). Pickled ginger, a creamy sesame ginger sauce and jackfruit all make this more
This was a nice fresh salad with some great extra fancy feels, like the vegan parmesan shavings, mock chicken weaved in and of course, the Caesar dressing.

A jackfruit based ‘tuna’ sandwich (deconstructed I suppose). A nice composition of flavours, and I think this was key, rather than an individual ingredient stealing the show. Light, refreshing, flavoursome.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with this coconut bacon, which was a side for my Reuben tempeh sandwich… but this was impressive, and in my experience as a #Vegan so far; pretty unique!
