Perfect flavor and texture. Prepare by boiling with salt? Then rinsing with cool water after boil time is complete. It tastes a lot like egg noodles, but the ingredients are simply three types of flour (no gluten, no egg, more
Wood fired, delicious! Tasted great without cheese. We also ordered a grilled vegetable appetizer (not pictured), and some salads.
The sauce is sweet. Veggies like carrots are peeled with a fluted edge before they’re sliced and combined into the dish, for a lovely texture detail. Rice on the side.
Light, fresh, warm. Without onions it needs a little salt and pepper but the onions seem to overwhelm the flavor so I think it’s best to order minus onion. Tofu is optional for an up charge.
Label says vegetarian but it appears to be 100% plant based. Medium spicy flavor in the curry sauce. Microwaveable in pouch takes 2 to 3 minutes. Can also be boiled in pouch. Can be mixed with rice or added to other bean/potato more
Huge portions, mostly just noodles and sauce. Tofu was nicely crisp but a bit bland over all. Would have been much better with more veggies to add some crunch (sprouts, shredded daikon, or cabbage). The restaurant concept more
The portion size was generous, shareable. The chilis and coriander seasoning elevated the taste from “just another guacamole” to really fresh and outstanding. We also ordered mushroom cauliflower tacos and a seasonal butternut more
Appropriately spicy and had a side of ranch sauce and a bed of shredded cabbage for cooler contrast. The Truffle Mac and “cheese” was slightly less flavorful.
Delicious and hearty. Noodles and mushrooms made it a very satisfying dish. They have a vegan menu available (separate from standard menu)
Flavor filled! The peppers were not too spicy and the nuts very fresh.
