I was disappointed with these. I wouldn't say the flavour was caramel and this wasn't as nice as their blonde choc and almond bar.
You do get a decent number of buttons in the bag though.
I wouldn't get again.
These are a dried soy product that soak up flavour.
I had these in a stir fry with a gochujang sauce and they tasted great.
It reminds me of tofu that has been frozen and defrosted.
I've used the beef slices and these more
I grabbed this sandwich 🥪 to have on my looooong train journey 🚂 back from Glasgow 🏴 to London
Really tasty flavours, I especially liked the mint yogurt sauce and the onion seeds in the bread.
I would prefer more
Really tasty fried nuggets of tofu.
I prefer tofu to meat alternatives so these really hit the spot for me.
Sweet chilli sauce was a nice addition
This was a matcha version of a purin, imagine a creme caramel 🍮 texture but matcha 🍵 flavour.
Very tasty 😋 as I love everything matcha!
This dish had aubergine in the place of unagi (eel). The sauce was a sweet soy and also contained mushrooms on top of rice.
It was a simple dish but tasty and filling.
I loved karaage so much when I visited Japan 🗾
We got it every place we could find a #vegan version.
This is tofu based rather than a chicken alternative. The batter was very crunchy and this was a decent portion.
I was interested to try this. 🥥 🥥 🥥
The texture was unpleasant it's supposed to be a creme rather than a bounty type texture but it was grainy. I think it would have been better to leave the coconut in larger pieces.
I more
I needed some cider for a recipe but it only used 150ml so I had to drink the rest.
I am happy to use alcohol in cooking but as this would leave 350ml, I decided to go for the alcohol free option.
It is very sweet, and more
Decent southern fried chicken 🐔
Quite thin cutlets, we used them to make katsu curry 🍛
Would purchase again.
