tasted great but a little disappointed by the lack of vegan options considering the restaurant name includes the word “modern”. they didn’t have vegetable broth so no vegan soup dumplings. however the fried rice and noodles more

i love this restaurant so much. 100% vegan, the flavors are amazing, very affordable given quantity, and this dish is just delicious! my non vegan friend ordered this once and she has been asking to eat these every day since!

the restaurant is 100% vegan and the roll tasted great with the peanut sauce. shrimp was a bit chewy and didn’t match up to actual shrimp flavor, but I still loved the textures in the roll!
