This liquid egg is really impressive. The taste is good, the texture is good, the everything else is good. I made it into a scramble with some veggies and vegan cheese and it was indistinguishable from real eggs as far as i can remember. Have been finding it at metro or walmart for 6.99, not too bad. You can get 2-3 servings out of it depending on how you use it #veganisnotscary #9090challenge
