Sustainably made working with the Pur project to help fragile ecosystems by planting trees across South East Asia the coconut collab have created a lovely vanilla custard that can be eaten hot or cold alone or top some pudding more

A lovely comforting winter pudding with perfectly cooked apple and pastry crust.
Topped with custard of choice. I also love alpro vanilla custard 😋

The spice is nice! Lots of flavours here. Mild not too hot. It’s creamy and works well with tofu and red pepper. The recipe suggests vegan mince, it’s also versatile.
I love the smell of the all spice.

This tasted nice, was quite filling and not too dry. Great to see plant based options on the shelves in Sainsbury’s as not all stores do. Perfect for on the go.

I used these for a stir fry with rice and the texture and taste factor was delightful.
I really enjoyed this. 💚🌱

A little dry and bland for my liking.
I like gnocchi with a little plant based butter or oil.
I will try this again with a sauce to compliment.

I really enjoyed the vibrancy and flavour impact.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo when cooked.

I found it in the frozen plant based section in Tesco.

Will buy again.
It’s a bit pricey but you pay for quality flavours.
