I have been vegan for three years and had yet to find a milk that was my go to.  I would jump to coconut, to soy, to almond, and then Oat. That was all I needed! This is the only type of plant milk I can drink plain, not just use it as an ingredient. It’s tasty and it’s creamy. The only type of milk I get now :)

It DOES smell and taste like Parmesan for the most part. It’s very cakey and hard to get out of the container, as it all clumps to the bottom. It’s nice to have in a meal but I have to spend a good 10 minutes just trying to break it up with a fork to make it a powder like consistency, as it should be. Probably won’t be buying again when this jar runs out.

Plant Based Alfredo Vegan Pasta Sauce

I was so excited that Simple Truth came out with this product! Been a staple in my cabinet ever since. It’s a great base for Alfredo, but I do add a lot more seasoning into the sauce because it is a little bland. I can get two meals out of one jar, which is fantastic. Really cheap and accessible for vegans.
