This product with less oil would be better. Amust if you like spicy foods and quite refreshing because of the lemon taste, good for a ceviche
This one I find it lot better than the bällchen one. It has veggies and soja... With rice it's really good

I didn't like nor the neither the taste nor the texture of this product. I find it expensive (although brings a lil more quantity than other brands), I wouldn't recommend it
The taste is also not so artificial like the Alpro one, it's more oatly taste but also more oily
