It's one of those great dishes you can't tell is vegan. Found myself finishing all the soup despite the decadence, no regrets! Thanks @goodvibesonly for the great recommendation.
Oat rice with edamame, braised peanuts and beancurd iirc. You'll be hard-pressed to find such a combination, but I think that might be a good thing đ it's also hard to reconcile the purported health benefits of oat rice more
Though I'm a sucker for the deep fried tofu nuggets, the colourful veggies go a long way in alleviating the guilt đ the amount of variety is great at this price, but the portion could be better
My family has been ordering batches of Ang Ku Kueh - which translates to red tortoise cake - soft, sticky glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around different fillings! A mung bean paste for the yellow one, sesame peanut for more
Was surprised to find an Impossible dish so close to me! It was my first time trying something with Impossible meat in it, and I heard about its reputation. The good news is that I really couldn't tell it was meat. But well, more
Asparagus, broccoli, chickpeas, edamame, olives, pumpkin, sweet potato on top of lettuce, all for $4.90 of you bring your own container. It doesn't get much better than this! May be a good idea to try it without dressing in the future
My aunt bought us some this morning! The scent of ginger in the soup made it very fragrant and worth drinking on its own. Peanut filling was substantial and the glutinous balls themselves were chewy but still slightly firm!
For $6.00, there was a generous serving of spaghetti. Lots of diced tomatoes, and pesto (blended garlic, pine nuts and basil leaves) seemed fresh, though I wish there was more of it. But they sure did not skimp on the olive more
Enjoyed the contrasting textures of the petai, eggplant and long beans! A little on the greasy side (as expected with dishes like these), but goes really well with rice.
