This Edam-style was a bit strong, I definitely couldn’t eat it on its own. But still delicious and creamy.
I’ve already tried two other types of cheese from this brand and this one doesn’t disappoint either 😌 it tastes a bit strong on its own (due to fermentation), but as topping or filling it’s delicious and melts beautifully!

A new bento box 🍱 with turmeric rice, hummus, falafel, fresh salad (tomato, cucumber, onion and some greens) plus a side of tahini. Simple but yummy. Have I mentioned I love this place’s falafel? Well, I do! #veganisnotscary
There are a lot of soy-meat products in Japan. I read that this particular one has been on the market since 1980 😯 but I just recently found it and loved it! It expands well and is super crunchy, so I use it for chicken-like more
Dak-galbi is definitely one of the favourite Korean foods among foreigners. I haven’t had it in ages (since I lived in Korea and before going vegan so maybe 5 years?) so this was a great find 😊
