The vegan enchilada casserole tasted really great (better than the ones I try to make). It was a good helping of tomato sauce, beans, corn, and vegan cheese. Once again, the cheese doesn’t really melt. Your mileage may vary as far as the cooking instructions go. I had to cook it in the microwave for a few minutes longer in order for the meal to fully defrost and cook. #veganisnotscary 30/90

While I’m not sure if these supplements actually improve my energy, it does make me feel better to know that I’m doing everything I can to get enough B12, D3, and Omega 3 in my diet. This tasted really great and is a great, quick meal if you haven’t had time to meal prep. Pretty spicy too! I would recommend once again taking the cooking directions with a grain of salt. I had the French Toast donut when I was in DC back in August 2021! Donut Run is a completely vegan donut shop, and their vegan donuts are just as great, if not more so, than regular donuts! Eh, this was all right. The mock meat was not as dry as that of Trader Joe’s vegan pizza. However, an issue with many vegan pizzas (and this one is no different) is that the cheese did not melt.
