the tempura looks amazing! can still see the vegetables under the batter yumm

@bigfatnyancat it was an amazing dish! Was so nice to enjoy the taste of the vegetables vs the taste of the tempura batter which some places make way to heavily!

Reviewing the whole meal. All plant based. 1 word... Exceptional! You can tell their team of specialist chefs really take pride in their craft. The fresh ramen was perfectly cooked and the broth was so rich! The tempura was light and crispy and the miso soup was so soothing. Will be back again!
